Our list of Advent resources continues to grow.  Karen Ware Jackson posts Preparing for Christmas: A Guide for Busy Families.  In Posadas: A Lesson in Hospitality, Hugo Olaiz suggests three ways for families to participate in a Posada, linking Room in the Inn: Ideas for Celebrating Posadas, a free guide from Forward Movement.

Confirm not Conform presents resources for Offering an Intergenerational Anti-Bullying Workshop, including an infographic on what to do if you are witnessing Islamophobic harrassment.  Confirm not Conform, a confirmation program in five versions, is now joined by other denominational options:   Confirm from Cokesbury, Colaborate from Sparkhouse, and Theocademy Confirmation, a video-based resource for Presbyterians.  The Confirmation Project offers several portraits of diverse confirmation programs, webinars and other resources.

Small(er) Church Youth Ministry: No Staff, No Money, No Problem! (Abingdon) by Brad Fiscus includes discussion questions and 50 quick tips.

16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence is a growing collection of resources from FaithTrust Institute featuring an infographic on three ways to assist survivors, a conversation about Trauma and Recovery with author Judith Herman and Marie Fortune, and more.  FaithTrust Institute also hosts free webinars and an online book group.

In Native Americans, the Mainline Church, and the Quest for Interracial Justice (Chalice), David Phillips Hansen presents faith communities a new model for interracial justice.  Hansen posts on Standing Rock.

Creed:  What Christians Believe and Why, a DVD-based study from Adam Hamilton, includes materials for children, youth and adults.
